Thank you for ordering with WE HEART HAIR. Our goal is to provide fast and secure shipping to our customers.

We offer STANDARD FREE SHIPPING if the order is over $59. For HAWAI AND ALASKA we don’t offer free shipping.

 

  1. Processing time

Processing takes 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Order occurs from Monday-Friday. If your order is on Friday, your order will be processing on the next business day which is coming Monday.

  1. Shipping time and cost

Standard free shipping: 4-8 business days.

2 Day express shipping: 2-3 business days.

International shipping: 7-10 business days.

Shipping cost will depends on your order and shipping address.

  1. About tax and duty
  • If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the customer.
  • The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price. If you are returning a purchase and were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Processing and shipping time will be extended during holidays.

  1. Tracking orders

When your order is ready to ship. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking order. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check SPAM folder.
