Refund policy

  1. Order returns

We are pleased to accept returns within 7 business days. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig or hair must be in its original and new condition. With the tag on, hair uncut, unbleached, uncolored and the lace without cutting or any tint.

Please note the hair and wigs are personal items. For safety and hygiene purpose, we don’t accept used hair or wigs.

Customized products can’t be returned or exchange.

  1. How to return your order?

Please contact us at wehearthair01@gmail.com or online chatting within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please provide additional details about your order. (order NO., account email, photos proof of the order you want to return etc.)

We will contact you within 24 hours and provide you returning address. After your return request is approved. We will issue your refund within 2 business days after your order received and inspected. Refunds will be issue to your original payment method. If you no longer use the original payment method. Please contact us before we issue the refund.

  1. Order exchange

It’s okay to change your mind. We do accept exchange within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchange items has to follow the same guide line as return items. We will contact you for exchange items details and payment adjustments.
